Volunteer Opportunities

At Hospice of Waterloo Region, we treat the whole person ~ mind, body and spirit.

Our volunteers receive 33-hours of specialized training in palliative care and are supported by professional staff. Our training provides a solid understanding of hospice palliative care and how each volunteer can make a real difference in people’s lives.
