Qi Gong consists of movement, visualization and affirmation.
Qi Gong can be challenging, yet gentle enough that anyone can practice it.
It is a physical discipline and a meditation: a discipline to enhance every part of your life. Qi gong and Tai chi are very similar.
Qi Gong is a moving meditation, standing or sitting. With practice, you will experience increased strength and flexibility, greater mental focus and clarity, improved balance and harmonious integration of body, mind and spirit.
This class is led by a Qi Gong and Tai Chi Certified Instructor.
