Grief can be triggered by any number of things: a scent, a song, a picture. Managing grief during the holiday season can be challenging, particularly as the cheerful mood in the community is one of festivity and joy.

Hospice Waterloo Region is offering a free, in-person workshop that will explore strategies for grieving during the holidays and special days.
