This online informal gathering provides a supportive space once a month to share thoughts, ideas, concerns, questions and experiences about end-of-life, loss, death and dying.
Without a set agenda, this is an engaging way to connect with others in candid conversations to help us live life more fully now. Be mindful that this is not a counseling or grief support group.
This event is open to anyone interested in exploring various aspects of death, dying and end-of-life, all with the view of how to live life fully at any time.
*Please note: In-person events at The Gies Family Centre will likely resume in fall

Her work as a life and story coach, spiritual director, writer and transformative educator and facilitator centres on stories — the stories that shape individual experiences and relationships. As a health advocate and consultant, she focuses on the power of those narratives to change the way care is given and received. Martina aims to bring a critical and self-reflective lens to our perspectives, choices and actions as we approach death and dying.
