Purpose: Grief can be triggered by any number of things – a scent, a song, a picture. Holidays and special days that are specific to you and your person (anniversaries, birthdays, date of diagnosis) may produce similar challenges.
Join us for an in-person workshop that will explore strategies for grieving through these times and days.
Who can attend: This group is relevant for anyone grieving the death of a loved one.
Cost: This session is free of charge
