Sometimes we forget to take the time to care for ourselves. Sometimes there are no words and no one to express what we are experiencing. It is so important that we give ourselves some space to explore how we’re doing and what we’re feeling.

Collaging is a technique of combining various materials to a surface to create an image.  Materials can include pictures, paper clippings, photographs, and other various elements (called ephemera). Join us as we use collaging to capture and express our inner thoughts and feelings.

We invite you to join us for an afternoon of creativity and reflection as you move through your grief journey. Bring an open mind and curiosity to be creative.
