GUS (Getting UnStressed & UnStuck) at any time

08jun2:00 pm3:00 pmGUS (Getting UnStressed & UnStuck) at any timeAn experiential workshop to address what makes us feel stressed

Event Details

This experiential workshop, anchored in the ABCs of GUS, is designed to build a solid
foundation to address the potential stressors and triggers that make us feel stressed
and keep us stuck. Each session focuses on a variety of exercises, tools and strategies
that are proven to lower the stress response. We apply the new skills to current specific
concerns that pose challenges for the participants in their lives at the present moment,
with the intention to foster greater levels of balance and choice.

Finally, this workshop offers an opportunity to enjoy a community in which we can
share our concerns, witness each other and share creative approaches to the
questions, anxieties, worries and anxiousness we may feel in our daily personal life as
well as our volunteer work.

WHO: GUS is open to all Hospice volunteers, administrative and clinical staff, spiritual
care providers and members of the larger community who are interested in lowering
their stress response and increase healthy coping strategies and resilience.
