Sometimes there are simply no words to express what we are experiencing. It is so important that we give ourselves some space to explore how we’re doing and what we’re feeling.

We invite you to join us for an afternoon of creativity and reflection as you move through your grief or caregiving journey. We will use tools made from natural materials to create lines, dots, marks, patterns, and textures on paper as we explore our thoughts and emotions of grief. 

Mark making is a way of putting on paper our thoughts and feelings and is a powerful form of communication. Come and explore a unique way to express your experience, to grieve your loss and to honour your loved one.

No art experience required. Bring an open mind and curiosity to be creative. Open to ages 18+.
