Sometimes we forget to take the time to let ourselves grieve. Sometimes there are simply no words for what we are feeling. It is so important that we give ourselves space to heal.
We invite you to join us for an afternoon of creativity and reflection as you move through your grief journey. Come and explore a unique way to express your experience, to grieve your loss and to honour your loved one.
No art experience required. Bring an open mind and curiosity to be creative. Paint & supplies will be provided. Open to ages 18+.
